Παρά το γεγονός ότι αντιμετωπίζει ανήφορο, μπορεί απλά να υπάρχει αρκετή δημόσια απογοήτευση και δυσπιστία σχετικά με την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση ώστε αυτός να βγει στην κορυφή.
